I can copy or cut any cell or its contents to the clipboard, but no paste
option is available; not present on right click and greyed out on edit menu and
on toolbar.  CTRL-V pastes the copied or cut material, but that's the only
workaround I've found. What happened to Paste?

I tested copy/cut & paste in Writer & it works there just fine.

NOT reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958
2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User
Profile used for all predecessor versions.

There might be unknown interactions with other software or whatever, but
description is much too rare to decide.
