New app with cordova-ios@4.5.0 (using default UIWebView) running on iPhone X Simulator does not size correctly, leaving white bars above and below the Webview frame.
Adding cordova-plugin-wkwebview-engine so Cordova uses WKWebView, the Webview frame is sized correctly.
Note: the sizing of UIWebView appears correct in the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus Simulators.
