   add log output

   ```lua
   core.log.info(plugin_name, " destroy")
   ```

   on https://github.com/apache/apisix/blob/492f782d9fae719b3a20e0d65c275962bcdcaab9/apisix/plugins/example-plugin.lua#L71-L72

   and use below test cases

   ```
   use t::APISIX 'no_plan';
   use Cwd qw(cwd);
   repeat_each(1);
   no_long_string();
   no_root_location();
   no_shuffle();
   log_level("info");
   add_block_preprocessor(sub {
       my ($block) = @_;
       my $user_yaml_config = <<_EOC_;
   apisix:
     node_listen: 1984
   _EOC_
       $block->set_value("yaml_config", $user_yaml_config);
