Hashcash is ignored

Hallöchen!

I sent a test mail to myself which included

X-Hashcash:
 1:26:051006:bronger@physik.rwth-aachen.de::GydjlgtM9KXnHYAH:0000000000000000000000000000000493gL

in the header (generated by "hashcash").  However, the Spamassassin
header says

X-Spam-Status: No, score=-5.0 required=4.0 tests=AWL,BAYES_00  autolearn=disabled version=3.0.4

Does this mean that it has ignored the X-Hashcash field?
