GitHub user hale177 closed a discussion: V4.20.1 VPC's virtual machines can only communicate when a virtual router is running on the Host Node
### problem
with two host nodes (A and B), if the VPC's virtual router runs on Node A, only the VMs on Node A will have network connectivity—VMs on Node B will not ,VMs DHCP Unable to get IP address
but when I migrate the virtual router from Node A to Node B, only VMs on Node B gain network connectivity, while those on Node A lose it.
### versions
mgmt OS: rocky 9.6
host OS: rocky 9.6
acs version: 4.20.1
### The steps to reproduce the bug
