Attaching a patch that incorporates Ravi's comments. The changes are as follows
# Added a testcase to test Tools' Driver program in general and Rumen Driver in particular.
# Added a '--help' and '-h' option for help
# Modified the usage messages to incorporate Ravi's comments.
# Changes the driver options name

test-patch and ant-tests passed.
