[VOTE] Second release candidate for HBase 2.4.11 (RC1) is available
Please vote on this Apache hbase release candidate, hbase-2.4.11RC1
This release contains HBASE-26691 (Replacing log4j with reload4j for
branch-2.x), which may assist users with security or compliance requirements
for remediating Log4J related concerns.
2.4.11RC0 was missing two changelog entries. This has been fixed. A problem
with a recent commit was also corrected, see HBASE-26840.
The VOTE will remain open for at least 72 hours.

The release tag has not been pushed yet?
I haven't seen rel/2.4.11 on github repo.

* Built from source (1.8.0_301): ok
- mvn clean install -DskipTests
* Unit tests pass (1.8.0_301): failed
(TestUsersOperationsWithSecureHadoop.testAuthUtilLogin)
- mvn package -P runSmallTests -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=3
Tested in pseudo-distributed mode against Hadoop 3.2 pseudo-distributed
cluster, LTT writes/updates 1M rows, flush/compaction working fine.
Nightly builds look good.
