A Maven repository for Oracle JDBC driver was [recently|https://blogs.oracle.com/dev2dev/entry/oracle_maven_repository_instructions_for] made available.

Use this instead of assuming that Oracle JDBC drivers were manually installed prior to run the [Oracle integration tests|http://syncope.apache.org/building.html#Oracle_database].
