IMPALA-13611: Add interop tests for Iceberg tables

an external system. These tests validate that externally modified, but
HMS-tracked tables remain synchronized, and both actors see the
same results.

> Impala lacks tests where external units modify an Iceberg table while Impala modifies or reads it. It could be covered as an E2E test as Hive is available in the minicluster. Other query engines like Trino could also be included in these tests.
