text renderer adding spaces
Summary: text renderer adding spaces
Product: Fop
Version: all
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: Major
Priority: Other
Component: general
AssignedTo: fop-dev@xml.apache.org
ReportedBy: amitr@hemtech.co.za
Hi, I am using the Fop text renderer to produce ascii text. The Fop version that
I am using is Fop-0.20.2. The problem that I am having is when I use a space in
any text inside my fo:block the txt file has something like 6 extra spaces.
Eg: if inside the fo:block I had "formatting objects" it would appear as:
"formatting objects". If anyone has any idea how I can fix or get around
this problem please let me know: amitr@hemtech.co.za
Thank you and happy foping...
