### Steps to Reproduce
I would like to have the axis name text on top of the axis label at all times. Is there a zLevel or zIndex property I could set to accomplish this?
### Current Behavior
### Expected Behavior
The expected behavior would be to have a zLevel property in the nameTextStyle or inside the axis settings
