Removing the doc component of this bug. I think we document the current behavior sufficiently (the same statement is made for a column-level privilege) in the topic on the REVOKE statement:

When a REVOKE statement for a table-level privilege is issued for a revokeee and table ID, all of the objects that are dependent on the revokeee and table ID are dropped.

The typos should be fixed, but that's another problem.
