[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-12552) CompressedRandomAccessReaderTest.testDataCorruptionDetection fails sporadically

Blake Eggleston created CASSANDRA-12552:
-------------------------------------------

             Summary: CompressedRandomAccessReaderTest.testDataCorruptionDetection fails sporadically
                 Key: CASSANDRA-12552
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-12552
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Blake Eggleston
            Assignee: Blake Eggleston
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 3.0.x, 3.x

I haven't been able to duplicate the failure myself, but the test uses a randomly generated byte to test corrupted checksums, which I'd expect to fail every 256 test runs or so.
