XML Security Java Doap File

Hello,
 I have just created a simple DOAP file for
(http://projects.apache.org) and I have added it to repository.
  Can the people take a look to it and see it is suitable(i.e. I don't
tell any lies) to send for inclusion in projects?
  One last question anyone knows our PMC?
