[PR] Doc: add Backpatch-through trailer to .gitmessage [cloudberry]

   Document a Backpatch-through trailer in the Trailers Module so commits on main can mark which stable branches they should be backpatched to.
   
   Following the PostgreSQL convention, the value names the oldest stable branch the change applies to, and every newer stable branch is implied: `REL_2_STABLE` covers both `REL_2_STABLE` and `REL_3_STABLE`. Main-only changes such as new features or catalog changes leave it out.
