[Bug 119265] Attempt to open Tables Pane fails with Error "The connection to the data source "xyz.odb" could not be established"

NOT reproducible with server installation of  "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – English UI /
German locale [AOO400m1(Build:9700) -  Rev. 1484333 Rev.1483903 (2013-05-20)]"
on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:

1. Open empty Writer document from LibO Start center
2. <f4> 
3. 'Rightclock "Bibliography" database -> Edit Database File'
   > Database Document opened
4. Click 'Tables' in Database Pane
5. 'Dobule click "bibilio" in Tables Pane 
   "biblio" table will be opened without problems
