Hello -- Could you confirm the ISO language code? In English we call
two different languages "Tatar", with language codes "tt" and "crh".

First step will be to create a Tatar project in Pootle:

Then, at a certain point, we may want to complete support for Tatar:
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124631
For both issues we will need your input. Please open the links above,
register for our Bugzilla and provide the requested information.
And please have patience. Most project members are now busy with the
annual Apache Conference or with the OpenOffice 4.1 release, or both!
But feel free to ping this list again if you see no action within a
couple weeks.
