   LGTM. Thanks @Baunsgaard - overall, this is a fine patch. Down the road, we might want to create consistency of parameters among all classification and regression scripts, and add further svm debugging tools (or an verbose option), where we actually compute the introduce confusion matrix and show it to the user (as done in the msvm-predict algorithm).
