There will be thread stuck in current CI, and query result won't be returned in 10s.

After analyzing logs, I found that there may be potential deadlock in LocalSinkHandle and LocalSourceHandle.

"set noMoreTsBlocks." has been printed, but another log "noMoreTsBlocks has been set." is not printed until the query timeout.
