Parasmishra788 opened a new pull request, #5229:

   The `createTableDirect(Namespace, CreateTableRequest)` overload was only used by test code; it
   funneled into the production `createTableDirect(ns, request, delegationModes, endpoint)` with
   hard-coded arguments (no behavioral divergence). This removes it and updates the 4 test call
   sites to use the production overload directly.
   
   Part of #4709.
