Does ra_local support other host id than 'localhost' ?

I wonder if it is possible to support other hostname (or ip) than 'localhost' within ra_local.

When I issue 'svn import -m "" . file://192.168.0.40/svn_repos', i got response 'local URL file://192.168.0.40/... contains unspported hostname'.
It seems 'file:' protocol not support of hostname other than 'localhost' (or empty).

Since I have a local respository (with FSFS format) in a windows, and need to share with another machines users.
I intend to share my repository without apache or svnserver, and gain existent authentication of windows domain controller.
It is a most easy way to share by samba file sharing, but an impediment is as above statement.

However, TortoiseSVN is OK for file://AnyHostName/path_to_repository.
I do not know TortoiseSVN have different ra_local implementation, or someelse tricky.
But..., I like 'svn' command line interface.

All I said is happened within subversion-cygwin-1.2.3.
After I download subversion-win32-1.2.3, and I find out everything OK.
