AWS has added S3 in Franfurt data-center recently.  Add its support in S3 datastore. 

The support to Franfurt S3 data center is added in aws sdk 1.9.2  but jackrabbit-aws-ext is using 1.7.3 aws -sdk. Increasing the aws-sdk version should be enough.
