Well, this checklist: http://www.bxa.doc.gov/Encryption/checklistinstr.htm
seems to indicate that we needn't bother, since our product doesn't
'perform "cryptography", or otherwise contain any parts or components that
are capable of performing any of the following "information security"
functions' (encryption, decryption, key mgmt, auth, copy protection, AV).

That's as far as I know -- I just wanted to verify that with someone on
this list based on previous experience.   However, Theo had a good point
- -- this is actually a package from pre-ASF days, so I'll stop bothering
ASF lists ;)
