Lahiru Sandakith resolved AXIS2-1499.
-------------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 1.1
       Resolution: Fixed

Can not reproduce in any valid environment combination of Eclipse 3.1.*/3.2.*, Windows XP, jdk1.4/jdk1.5 in latest code base. Seems this was fixed at a early revision of the code. So marking as fixed.
