[GitHub] [trafficcontrol] dsouza93 opened issue #2747: Traffic Ops Postinstall Script Allows for underscores in CDN name

Although underscores are not valid cdn names due to DNS constraints, the postinstall script doesn't validate this. Add a check to the postinstall script for this.
