which mod defines transferlogs?

first off.

Stas...this worked great for configuring httpd for Apache:: test....I
assumed it was something along those lines  tks.



second.


While installing Apache::Bundle through cpan I'm getting this error (below)
about transfer logs is not defined/ mod is missing.  Which mod would this
be?  Also I tried installing libapreq from source, but the same error
occurred.

try the latest mod_perl cvs:
http://perl.apache.org/download/source.html#Development_mod_perl_2_0_Source_Distribution

it now says:

<IfModule mod_log_config.c>
     TransferLog /home/stas/apache.org/portland/t/logs/access_log
</IfModule>
