Resolution: Invalid
I've never understood the idea behind calling some pools server-wide and some application specific, but IIUC an application specific pool is deployed as part of another application. As such the db pool wizard cannot possibly deploy an application specific pool. The plan creator might be able to, but not the pool wizard.
