   odd. builds fine for me. I just pulled and built:
   
   ```
   % rustup show
   Default host: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
   rustup home:  /oasis/.rustup
   
   installed toolchains
   --------------------
   
   nightly-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu (default)
   
   installed targets for active toolchain
   --------------------------------------
   
   wasm32-wasi
   x86_64-fortanix-unknown-sgx
   x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
   
   active toolchain
   ----------------
   
   nightly-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu (default)
   rustc 1.46.0-nightly (346aec9b0 2020-07-11)
   ```
   I'm sure you can use an older nightly (but it has to be a nightly)
   
   ```
   cd ~/incubator-tvm
   mkdir build && cd build
   cmake .. -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=clang-9 -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=clang++-9 -DUSE_LLVM=llvm-config-9
   make -j8
   ```
   then
   ```
   cd ~/incubator-tvm/apps/sgx
   cargo build
   ```
