[GitHub] cordova-plugins pull request: Programmatic switch for position:fix...

    Programmatic switch for position:fixed elements quirks after hiding kbd

    - Added switch which automatically scroll body of the page to the top after hinding keyboard
    - Wrapped JS code pushed from native side to the client-side JS functions for better maintainance
    - Documented switch
