ExtendedStatus and mod_status

Hmm... It's looking like having mod_status.c #define CORE_PRIVATE
doesn't result in any unexpected behavior... Since that was my
main concern with moving ExtendedStatus in there, I think I'll
go back to my original implementation. I'll commit the changes
soon.
