title bar actions

Hello all,
 
Can I know which class is actually generating the title bar actions for
each portlet.  Looking at the PortletControl based on the previous
jetspeed impl and
seems it has changed. can some one throw me some light here.

Changing default template to JSP. Weird behaviour in jetspeed 1.4b4

hi there.

I changed default template to jsp. And top navigation template seems to 
loose resources. It shows key names.

What can be wrong?  I did the same with jetspeed 1.4.b3 and it works 
perfectly fine.
