Voting and consensus

Just a reminder that ASF projects use a collaborative consensus-based
approach to development, not a democratic one. Voting can be a useful
tool for gauging consensus but it wont by itself achieve consensus.
Working out how to find a way through disagreements like the data
model naming in a way that everyone can live with will help make
Cassandra a successful Apache project.
