   ### Motivation
   Right now, broker configuration-loader doesn't support Map dataType for auto-parsing. With this change, broker configuration can pass map value with format 
   `<key>=<value>,<key>=<value>`
   eg:`key1=value1,key2=value2`
   It will be useful when we want to pass multiple config parameters: 
   eg: `jmvMetricsProvider: G1GC=G1GCImpl,ZGC=ZGCImpl`
