BuildCreator.py uses a fixed location for binaries such as cp , ls, patch etc.

These fixed locations are validated ons startup. 

At worst they should be configurable. The users should only have to configure them if they are required.

i.e. Forcing user to have WGET when there is not a HTTP source is unreasonable.
