That's because someone clicked on the "Ignore" button that was after
the message -
perhaps it's not a "real" issue, but i thought i'd report it - could
mean something to
those more familiar with hudson

http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/ :
"Hudson detected that you appear to be running more than one instance
