   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   This PR aims to fix maxAllowedWatermark overflow when source is idle, which leads to source can't resume to active.
   
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   check maxAllowedWatermark is overflow. if so, set Long.MAX_VALUE
