Currently, if a function requires an argument of array with specified element type, we are limited to ExplicitArgumentTypeStrategy. This unintentionally modifies the original nullability, which interferes with the output type inference.

We want to add new argument strategies like RootArgumentStrategy and FamilyArgumentStrategy for array to preserve nullability whenever possible.
