   ### Body
   
   The idea is to easily upload data from one StreamPipes instance to another by using the API. Therefore the `DataLakeResource` should be expanded to allow uploading data to a data lake. This endpoint should also be available for the Python Client to easily upload data from a CSV file or DataFrame
