[jira] [Created] (COMDEV-173) Drop site/doap from SVN

Sebb created COMDEV-173:
---------------------------

             Summary: Drop site/doap from SVN
                 Key: COMDEV-173
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-173
             Project: Community Development
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Projects New
            Reporter: Sebb

The files under site/doap are not actually used or referenced by the website.

They are mostly copies of the original DOAPs or PMC RDFs, which do not need to be added to SVN again. In fact they should not be added to SVN again to avoid confusion over which is the master copy.

The only other files in that directory structure are the pmc.rdf files which are auto-generated from other data; they only contain the details of the chair. Again they are not original data, and can easily be recreated, so should not clutter up SVN.

I'm not sure that the files need to be kept at all, but that is a separate issue.

They should definitely not be included in SVN.
