[PR] apps:Add depends to different test cases [nuttx-apps]

crafcat7 opened a new pull request, #3016:

   ## Summary
     Adjusted Kconfig of some use cases under apps to ensure that the correct configuration can be opened before using these use cases.
     The changes are as follows:
     1.ftpd
     2.unionfs
     3.userfs
     4.nxffs
     5.smart
   
   ## Impact
     Adjusted the depends config of the above testcase/demo
   
   ## Testing
     Local test pass
