Before we release again, since it was experimental and is now
a real module, and on Unix it is mod_ldap.so consisting of
util_ldap.c util_ldap_cache.c and util_ldap_cache_mgr.c,
should we fix the resulting name of the .so on win32?

(On win32 this was called util_ldap.so.)
