   what was the main purpose of removing deprecated API other than clean up?
   actually there are many legacy systems which are using pulsar for a long time, they have pulsar client and admin api usage at many places and upgrading pulsar version just breaks compatibility and frequent api changes make them to move away form the product. 
   So, I would suggest to not to remove old and heavily used APIs (or atleast give a couple years) unless it's really critical and creating duplicate efforts everywhere.
