This patch adds support for running cactus against EJBs by creating an ear file and running cactus against the ear file. This is my first time submitting a patch, so let me apologize now if I made any "patch procedure" mistakes.

Description:
current cactus plugin only works with war files. the cactus project has ant tasks to work with ear files, and these would be a great benifit to the cactus plugin.
