   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   It would be nice to have a new clean REST API along in a separate web application (hop-rest.war).
   Along with this it would be useful to have a simple Java client API (hop-rest-client.jar) with minimal dependencies to hop-core.
   
   This will allow applications to integration cleanly with Apache Hop through web services.
