Why this error occurs??Anyone help me??

Hi,

When i validate a xml document with schema, i'm getting the following error.
Can anyone help me why this error occurs!!!

"org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Schema error: Locally-declared attributes
containing values must have "use" set to "FIXED" or "DEFAULT", not required
"
