renewing symantic credentials

Those of you who obtained jar-signing credentials will get renewal messages from
Symantic.  I ignored the first ones, and when I got the 2nd one, and tried to
follow the instructions, it failed because my previous certificate had already
expired.

If this happens, let me know, and I can revoke your old account and get you set
up with a new one.

But try to renew before your old certificate expires :-)
