protected AxisServlet.createMessageContext() method ?

Hi All,

	Hope everyone had a nice weekend.

	Was just wondering if there would be any encapsulation problems if
	the method AxisServlet.createMessageContext(..) was changed from
	private to protected scope ?

	This would allow AxisServlet subclasses to put any specifics into
	the MessageContext object when it's created, that could be later
	retrieved inside service and/or provider objects.

	Or should we promote the use of HttpServletRequest.setAttribute()
	for this ?

	Any thoughts ?

	Cheers,

	Marcus
