SCM connections

Hi,

just spotted this on turbine-dev:

<connection>scm:cvs:pserver:anoncvs@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvspublic:jakarta-turbine-2:anoncvs</connection>
<developerConnection>scm:cvs:ext:${maven.username}@cvs.apache.org:/home/cvs:jakarta-turbine-2</developerConnection>

I'd very much prefer this being something like "ro-connection" and "rw-connection".
