"create tables using table wizard" is disabled
When connecting an existing database, select Text from the dropdown list and
click on next
Then select required options and then click on next, at that time "create
tables using table wizard" is disabled.
It is enabled when we unchek once and again check it ("open the database for
editing")

--- Comment #1 from Kay <ks...@apache.org> ---
I see the screenshot you attached when I create a new database. I do not see
these options when I open an existing database.
Proceeding forward. When I first see the dialog you have attached, the "Create
Tables using the table wizard" is visible to me with the version and OS I am
using --
AOO411m6(Build:9775) - Rev. 1617669
2014-08-13 09:23 - Linux i686
-- and I can select it, and then I do go directly into the Table creation
wizard.
So, we do need testing by Windows 8 users on this one as it seems to work
correctly on Linux-32.
