upgrade working copy svn 1.7 from 1.6

NB. All but this upgrade works perfectly. Problem seems to be with the
data (all text files and some graphics: it is a project for a static web
site. I mean: *.html, *.css, *.js, *.jpg|gif|png ).
I made a new check-out without problems.
Please find enclosed a SysInfo complete report, Server side is VisualSvn
